With over 15 years of experience dedicated to teaching and practicing law, Leonardo has been an attorney since 2009 and has built his career handling highly complex criminal cases, with active involvement in more than 100 significant proceedings. Recognized for his technical expertise and strategic approach, he combines hands-on experience with a solid academic background. He holds a postgraduate degree in Public Law, with specializations in Tax, Criminal, and Administrative Law.

His academic vocation has made him a respected reference in legal education, especially in the fields of Criminal and Constitutional Law. Over a decade and a half as a University Professor, he has guided and prepared around 6,000 candidates who successfully passed the Bar Exam, contributing significantly to the education and training of lawyers across the country.

Leonardo currently serves as the Legal Director at Carvalho e Freire Advogados Associados, where he leads the firm’s legal strategy, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing highly complex projects.
